Customers had to call in to place orders. The process was slow, error-prone, and couldn't scale. Nobody knew when their order would arrive, which meant more calls and more wasted time on both sides.
Built a cross-platform mobile app with a clean ordering flow, real-time status updates, and integrated Stripe payments. Covered the full lifecycle from browsing the menu to delivery confirmation.
